Language in Cities across Northern and Western India

Looking at the dominant languages, scripts and instances of nomenclature, we try to map out the ways in which a dominant ideology leads to a compromise of plurality in 5 urban locations of north India. The data used for the same has been collected through site visits and post memory techniques, primarily personal interviews.
